Morris Hospitality Wine Club

1.0 Membership

1.1. Membership is $80 inc. GST per person, per year. A person can apply for the MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB membership by completing details online at www.morrishospitality.com.au Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of upfront payment and is non-refundable, even if terminated prior to expiration.1 year membership for $80.

1.2. Members will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may vary from time to time. The MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB will attempt to notify members of changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.

1.3. A member must notify the MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB of personal detail changes or of a lost or stolen membership card. The MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB is not liable for delays in replacing a membership card or for any unauthorised use.

1.4. Discounts and benefits will not be credited until an individual becomes a member. Members can confirm benefits by asking a staff member or via online login. Disputes regarding discounts must be notified to the MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB at [email protected] A written statement by the MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB deciding any such dispute is final and binding.

1.5. The MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB may terminate a membership without notice for any reason, including but not limited to if the member:

1.5.1. Fails to comply with these membership Terms and Conditions

1.5.2. Abuses any privilege accorded to the member, or

1.5.3. Supplies misleading information or makes any misrepresentation to MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB staff or management

1.5.4. Or if the member does not use their membership card for a period of 12 months.

1.6. A member may terminate their membership at any time by giving written notice to the MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB at [email protected]

1.7. Membership cards are digital only, not credit cards, non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and remain the property of the MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB.Card must be scanned to redeem member benefits, including The Vincent to receive the $10 corkage.

1.8. Any tax, liability, or duty arising from a member’s participation in the MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB membership program is the responsibility of the member.

1.9. Membership benefits include:

Member pricing on wines and events across all Morris Hospitality venues

Access to 30+ take-home wines at special prices from The Vincent Bistro and Wine Shop

$10 corkage at The Vincent on any bottle purchased from the shop (normally $20)

Invitations to members-only tastings, wine dinners and special releases throughout the year

Early access to limited events, seasonal offers and curated wine packs

2.0 Claiming Discounts and Redeeming Benefits

2.1. Discounts and benefits apply to qualifying goods and services as determined by the MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB.

2.2. A member must present or scan their membership card prior to payment to redeem any applicable discounts or benefits. Failure to present the card before purchase is concluded will result in no discount being applied.

2.3. Wine Club membership for functions may be used when purchasing wines in all venues except The Vincent if wines are being charged on consumption (no discount applies on beverage packages).

2.4. The MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB reserves the right to determine eligible goods and services, applicable discount rates, and redemption conditions.

3.0 General

3.1. The MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB, without prior notice to members, may change the offer, benefits, or goods and services which qualify for membership.

3.2. The MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership program at any time without notice and will not be liable for such suspension or termination under any circumstances.

3.3. The MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB assumes no liability to a member whether for negligence, breach of contract or otherwise.

3.4. A notice shall be deemed to be given by the MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB to a member if sent to the postal or e-mail address recorded in the membership database.

4.0 Privacy Statement

4.1. The MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB may collect and store member information, including:

4.1.1. Name, address and telephone number4.1.2. Transaction details associated with membership benefits

4.1.3. Discounts collected and rewards provided

4.1.4. Email address

4.2. Membership data may be shared with authorised MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB agents and service providers for the administration of the membership program and may be used for marketing, planning, research and product development purposes.

4.3. Each member consents and agrees to:

4.3.1. The MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB and its agents, including Zen Global, accessing member information contained in the database

4.3.2. The disclosure of any information to MORRIS HOSPITALITY WINE CLUB, Zen Global, and their agents for the purposes outlined above

4.3.3. The use of membership information for marketing, communications and other commercial purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws
